Delivery Terms in Russia
Standard delivery is made to our main office in Moscow.
If door-to-door delivery is required, a local courier can be arranged for an additional fee.
Delivery times within Russia depend on the courier service used for shipping from the Moscow office.
DELIVERY WITHIN TASHKENT
Delivery Cost:
- Single parcel up to 30 kg: 30,000 UZS.
- Same-day Express Delivery: 50,000 UZS.
Delivery Time:
Delivery is carried out within 1 business day, excluding the day the cargo arrives at the warehouse (provided the parcel is pre-paid).
Lifting Service:
Standard delivery is to the building entrance (1st floor). Lifting or carrying goods to higher/lower floors is a separate premium service.
Upon Receipt:
The recipient is required to inspect the goods and sign the delivery note. A valid ID (passport or a digital scan/photo) must be presented.
Weight Restrictions:
According to courier and postal regulations, parcels weighing up to 30 kg are not subject to additional customs duties (TPO).

REGIONAL DELIVERY
Delivery Cost:
A single parcel weighing up to 30 kg for regional delivery: 55,000 UZS.
Contacting the Recipient:
The courier will contact the recipient in advance to confirm the delivery window.
If the courier cannot reach the recipient, delivery will be rescheduled for the next 1–2 business days.
If contact is not established within 2 business days, the parcel will be returned to the office for self-collection.
Operating Hours:
Deliveries are made from 09:00 to 19:00 on business days.
